Apex Legends comes with a new character named Octane. The rumor of Octane's arrival has actually been rumored from a long time ago, even before Respawn Entertainment officially released it on March 18, 2019.
Currently the capabilities of Octane are not yet presented on the official Apex website, but we can see it through the Sony Playstation Blog page. The main ability of Octane lies in the blood it has. Octane can accelerate its running ability on the condition of sacrificing a little percent of his blood.
To compensate for this ability, Octane was given a passive ability in the form of slow healing when he was not in a fight or hit by a shot. While the ultimate from Octane itself makes it possible to launch a tool called launch pads.

This launch pads makes the teammates (including you) who use it jump higher than usual. Octane can be present and can be used on March 19, 2019 along with the launch of the Apex Legends season 1 battle pass.
Looking at the abilities of Octane, it seems like he will become the favorite character of the players. Octane's passive ability makes it unnecessary to continue using Phoenix Kit, Syringe, or Med Kit when lacking blood. He can do health regen if he is not affected by an opponent or when he is out of battle.
